I downloaded the FNV 4GB patcher (mod #62552) and ran it as an administrator and I run the FalloutNV.exe through MO like I should be. As far as I'm aware, nothing I'm running should be breaking the 4gb. I have NVSE installed, the game runs and runs incredibly well with all the mods I have installed.
